Due to the coronavirus, and to ensure everyone's safety, the 2nd edition of TribalFest is postponed to the summer of 2021.
TribalFest is a festival for the general public which evolves around nature and street sports, essentially freestyling, combining nature and urbanity with audacity. Most activities will take place downtown Shawinigan, along the St-Maurice River, while some others will be held on the river.
This first edition will focus on three disciplines: freestyle Slackline, BMX and Waterline. In addition to being offered as an initiation, these disciplines will also be presented on the ground, in the air and on the water, through spectacular demonstrations by professional athletes.
Other innovative sporting activities enhance the line-up of this pilot edition with games and initiations for all, such as paddleboard and giant bubbles on the water, which will, of course, be supervised by specialists on site.
Breakdancers and a graffiti artist will add to the festive atmosphere, performing live and allowing you to try out their activities. Finally, a DJ will make sure the site's musical atmosphere is always fun and lively.
This is THE new event you don't want to miss! Plus, it's free!
