  • Get ready to fall under the spell of this warm and authentic café, tucked inside the old fire station in the heart of Sainte-Flore’s village center. The atmosphere is both cozy and lively—perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment in good company. (And by the way, the cute little terrace out front is the ideal spot to take in the everyday life of the village.)

  • Every morning, the artisans at La Caserne bake delicious wood-fired bagels, ready to enjoy on-site or to take away. Pair yours with a specialty coffee, a tasty matcha, or a refreshing iced tea. (And soak in the sweet aromas floating through the air!)

  • When lunchtime rolls around, treat yourself to a delicious sandwich made with fresh, local ingredients, or go for one of their homemade pastries. It’s a true local culinary experience!

PSST ! You’ll also find a lovely selection of Quebec wines and private imports, along with a generous counter of fine, local cheeses. Every Thursday evening, enjoy a festive aperitif before heading out for dinner at one of Ste-Flore’s wonderful restaurants. By-the-glass private import or Quebec wines, local craft beers on tap, and a variety of snack plates are all on the menu. (And Friday evenings, too, during the summer!)
