Grab it to go or enjoy it on the terrace during summer. (They even offer catering services—how amazing is that?)
- Committed to the environment, Wilson café-boutique prioritizes washable and reusable containers. You can come get your reusable mug featuring the Wilson logo or even bring your own!
- In the boutique section, you’ll find handmade products crafted by local artisans and talented participants from the Boulot-Éco program, also run by CJE Shawinigan.
Fun fact: The café’s name was inspired by Wilson James, a historical figure in Shawinigan! Wilson café-boutique is a place where history, flavor, and sustainability come together beautifully. Plus, the coffee is sourced from Brûlerie Saint-Maurice, a well-established local institution.
