Have a drink and eat a pizza
Friday night – you are downtown with your friends and you see that 462 Tamarac is open? GO! It is absolutely necessary to taste Ysa’s delicious pizzas and have a drink there. With a bit of luck, it will even be a DJ night!
Club de ski de fond et raquettes Le Rocher
Snowshoeing or cross-country skiing
The next day, head to the Club de ski de fond et raquettes Le Rocher in the Grand-Mère sector. Bring your cross-country skis or snowshoes, and enjoy the super well-maintained trails in a magnificent setting. Trail 7 is great for snowshoeing!
Dés Truqués
Game night with friends
I suggest you continue the day by going to Les Dés Truqués. You can choose from a multitude of board games (the animators will advise you and explain the rules of each game), and have a drink while playing!
Resto-Lounge le Radoteux
Friendly staff
For dinner, it is at the Resto-Lounge le Radoteux that it happens. The team is super friendly, and the cuisine varied. Don’t forget to order onion rings for starters!
Vallée du Parc
The place to be in winter
On Sunday, I suggest you go and enjoy the Vallée du Parc ski station. Whether it’s skiing, snowboarding, alpine sledding or simply enjoying the après-ski atmosphere at Resto 360 – you won’t be disappointed!
Marché publique
Stock up on food
After, head to the Marché Public de Shawinigan (public market) and the Nobert butcher shop to do some shopping! Perfect if you feel a bit peckish, and to bring home some delicious products.
Live an entertaining experience
Surrounded by more than 1,500 board games.
Stay up late
With a show or DJ event.
Regain strength
At the Resto-Lounge le Radoteux.
Enjoy winter
In Vallée du Parc.
